When filling out an application to adopt one of our rescues, please consider the following requirements:
-
You must provide Reborn Rescue with the name of the current veterinary clinic that cares for any animals in your home.
-
All animals currently in the home must be up to date on rabies vaccines and must be spayed or neutered to be considered as an adopter.
-
You will be contacted for an over-the-phone interview.
-
Before a meet and greet, Reborn Rescue will conduct a home visit.
-
If a dog is under six months of age, the adopter will be considered a "foster" home until the dog has been altered. The foster will be responsible for ensuring the dog attends its scheduled spay/neuter appointment, which will be fully covered by Reborn Rescue. Any other veterinary services unrelated to the spay or neuter procedure will be the responsibility of the foster/adopter.
-
An adoption fee applies to all dogs at Reborn Rescue. The fee varies on a case-by-case basis, depending on factors such as age, medical needs, and breed. This fee helps cover the cost of veterinary care, vaccinations, spay/neuter procedures, and other essentials to ensure each dog is healthy and ready for their forever home.

Our primary goal is to ensure each rescue finds a permanent, loving home. Many of our dogs have endured unimaginable situations, and we strive to place them in the best possible environments. Please remember that adopting a dog is a long-term commitment of 10+ years, depending on the dog's age. If, for any reason, you can no longer provide a home for a dog adopted from Reborn Rescue, your adoption contract requires that the dog be returned to Reborn Rescue.
Adopting a rescue dog means giving them the love, stability, and second chance they deserve. In return, they will give you unwavering loyalty and companionship. Together, we can break the cycle of neglect and create a world where every dog knows what it means to be safe, cherished, and truly home.
